|
| |

- We may from time to time offer a scheme where you can make a payment on account (e.g. Pre-Pay Bonus Account) as advance payment for qualifying goods or services in return for receiving a discount from the prices set out on the website.
- The website will detail qualifying goods and services and the discounts currently applicable to each. Discounts will not apply in respect of any delivery charge or postage and packaging of an order.
- At the shopping basket and point of checkout our system will check the balance in your Bonus Account and apply discounts in relation to qualifying goods and services before drawing down payment from your account.
- Once you have logged on to the website, your Bonus Account balance and payments history can be accessed in the “My Account” section of your account.
- Any payments made on account shall be deemed as payments for goods and services to be ordered from us. After the initial refund period described below our liability to you will be to provide goods and services to the value of the account balance. Cash balances will not be returned except in cases where you receive defective goods or service and request a refund of the unused balance held on your Bonus Account.
|
- If you change your mind after making a payment on account you may request a refund by calling Customer Services within 14 days of the transaction. (click Contact Us for details). In such cases the amount refunded will be the sum of the payment less the full value of any goods or services bought on account. Refunds can only be made to the card account used to make the original purchase.
- If you do not place any orders for a 6 month period we will send an email to the address in your account details to remind you of your balance. This will be repeated every 6 months until a period of 24 months has passed with no orders placed. When a period of 24 months has elapsed with no order placed we will assume that your Bonus Account is no longer active and any balance will expire.
